Music is so much more than a pastime, it's a lifeline

Sounds of Intent’s founder, Adam, is here with an apt and crucial reminder. It’s a philosophy that underpins all our work. At Sounds of Intent, we don’t see music as a ‘bonus’ or a ‘nice to have’. We see it for the essential necessity it is, especially in education of those with additional needs.

Video description: Adam sits behind a young girl who is wearing a green school uniform. He holds her hands and helps her use a keyboard. Another girl stands and sings The Sound of Music in a classroom. She is smiling and very happy, with brown hair, wearing a black t-shirt and blue shirt. A young boy aged seven sits on a chair while a volunteer communicates with him via touch; the boy hold his hands and touches them on his head, shoulder and feet. Another girl jumps up and down while clapping.
